About us
The firm was established by Derrick Newman in 1953 from the office at 29 Bath Road, Old Town, Swindon. We have four partners and a staff that combines long serving experienced accountants with bright young trainees.
As Accountants and Registered Auditors we advise over 750 clients, in Swindon and the surrounding area. Our portfolio includes private clients, sole traders, partnerships and owner managed limited companies. The nature of our clients’ operations is diverse and we have considerable experience of dealing with businesses such as bricklaying and scaffolding contractors, motor traders, public houses , solicitors, estate agents, medical and dental practices.
In addition to compliance work, such as tax and audit our services also include
accounting, payroll and VAT as well as providing business advice on tax planning and finance.
We pride ourselves on our friendly, down to earth, approach and we aim to develop a long lasting relationship with our clients, which enables us to provide a continuity of service, which is not often equalled.
